Yoga for all experience levels. Class is customized to meet the students’ needs. Students will learn yoga positions (ansanas) to develop flexibility, strength and balance.
Explore the beautiful world of fungi! Hike will encompass the Woodlands area along Cardinal Trail. Led by one of our experienced trained naturalists.
Taltree Run Club meets every Saturday morning in October at 10 am. Meet up with other members – mingle, stretch and run the trails. Great way to help train for the upcoming Taltree 10K on Saturday, November 1!
