Choose a story. Build a story scarecrow. Write an essay about how your scarecrow represents the story and/or character chosen. Prizes awarded!
Available every night of the week. Staff will tend the fire to create a hassle-free experience. Roasting sticks and some seating provided. Campfire rental is $50 per group. Group maximum 30 people.

Held the entire month of October, The Haunted Railroad & Fall Festival is sure to be a spooky good time. This family friendly event kicks off with a Halloween railway garden of skeleton conductors, ghost passengers, spiders and haunted houses all month long.
Yoga for all experience levels. Class is customized to meet the students’ needs. Students will learn yoga positions (ansanas) to develop flexibility, strength and balance.
Taltree Run Club meets every Saturday morning at 10 am. Meet up with other runners – mingle, stretch and run the trails. Great way to help train for the upcoming Taltree 10K on Saturday, November 1!
This class will introduce you to the poisonous dark side of plants and the harm they can inflict. Learn to identify the more common dark plants.
On Saturday, October 25 from 2 to 5 pm, enjoy specialty oak-aged brews and fine food pairings! This 21 & older outdoor event will create a tasty explosion in your mouth. Food pairings provided by Chef David Wodrich from Third Coast Spice Café in Chesterton, Indiana.
This 10k (6.2-mile) trail run is open to runners and walkers of all skill levels. The course terrain is flat with some challenging hills. The trail is a combination of pavement, gravel, grass and wood chips. Run begins at 9 am.
