Yoga for all experience levels. Class is customized to meet the students’ needs. Students will learn yoga positions (ansanas) to develop flexibility, strength and balance. Each session focuses on increasing self-awareness through movement and breathing.

$5 Non-Members, pay at gate day of.
This is a beginner/intermediate course.
Bring your own mat.
Class begins in June. Saturdays only.
