Cooking Healthy Demonstration

David Thornberry, certified chef for over 15 years. been trained in all genres of cooking including Italian, Cantonese, Mexican, and Southwestern. He trained at the Opryland Culinary Institute in Nashville, TN and has worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the country. David will offer healthy tips on how to cook otherwise unhealthy recipes using the freshest, most natural ingredients in the region.

His cooking demonstration on the 18th will be a tastier, healthier vegetarian pasta dish, influenced by a southern Italian recipe he created while at Cascades Restaurant in Nashville, TN.
On the 25th, David will be preparing Mexican fajitas using only the freshest, healthiest ingredients.
