David Thornberry, certified chef for over 15 years. been trained in all genres of cooking including Italian, Cantonese, Mexican, and Southwestern. He trained at the Opryland Culinary Institute in Nashville, TN and has worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the country. David will offer healthy tips on how to cook otherwise unhealthy recipes using the freshest, most natural ingredients in the region.
