The Taltree Telegraph

November 1, 2012

Winter Hours Begin

Starting today, November 1, Taltree will be open daily from 10 am to 4 pm. Remember, fall is the best time for hiking in the woods, crunching on fallen leaves and inhaling crisp, cool air as the winds release the sounds of the pines overhead. Come see color changes, migrating birds and animals making ready for winter.

Springtime Blues

Taltree staff and families and staff from ArcelorMittal planted 40,000 bulbs of blue flowers last weekend, creating what will become a swathe of blue along the entrance road next spring. Here are a few of the flowers you’ll see:

From left: Ipheion, crocus, hyacinth.
