We’ve upped the membership ante here at Taltree, adding some extra perks like discounts and tours. Check out our latest offerings, which will hopefully be expanded upon soon as local businesses sign on as partners in our new member benefit program. Here’s a rundown of three new perks that come with joining or renewing your Taltree membership: 10% off any item in the Taltree Store 10% discount at Jake’s Feed & Garden, Chesterton Feed & Garden Center and Four Seasons Landscaping Nursery, Inc.*some exclusions apply. New member tours, first Friday of each month. (preregistration required)

Classes Discounted for Members

It’s time to sign up for fall gardening classes! Join us for peonies, problems and plant splitting this September through early October. Participants must preregister by calling 219 462-0025. Peonies for Four Weeks of Bloom: 10 am – 12 pm Saturday,  Sept. 8 Problem Plant Sleuthing: 9 – 11 am Saturday, Sept. 15 Divide and Conquer: Making More Plants 10:30 am – 12:30 pm Saturday, Oct. 6
